Vinification
The selected grapes are handpicked with careful selection, usually in the second decade of October. They are pressed and fermented in a traditional manner. The wine is aged and undergoes malolactic fermentation in 500-liter tonneaux for 12 months. After bottling, it rests in the bottle for at least six months before being put up for sale.

Description
It is a wine that ages well. It has a deep ruby red color with slight purple hues. The aroma is intense with a typical hint of aromatic herbs that blends with dominant notes of ripe red fruit, spices, and vanilla. The taste is intense, harmonious, with the presence of velvety tannins.

Food pairing
Robust wine that pairs well with roasts and game, sausage, and hard cheeses.
